What we collect

Our quote and question forms collect what you enter: your name, email and phone number, your farm or company name, details about your project, and any photos or plans you upload.

How we use it

We use it only to answer your question and prepare your quote. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

How it reaches us

When you send a form, it comes to Citadel by email through Resend, an email delivery provider. Photos and plans are stored privately on our website host, not on any public page, and are deleted after 90 days. We keep the email about your project as part of our business records.

Resend, our website host and our email provider may store or process your information outside Canada, including in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

This website has no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only remembers your light or dark display choice in your own browser. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running securely.

Seeing or deleting your information

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email Taylor at taylor@citadelinsulation.com.

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta at oipc.ab.ca.
