Services & coverage

What types of buildings do you work on?

We provide spray foam insulation for agricultural, commercial and residential projects. This includes farm shops, barns and potato storages, along with suitable rim joist, attic and crawl-space applications in homes. Tell us about your building so we can discuss the scope.

What areas do you serve?

Citadel serves southern Alberta and beyond. Include your project location with your inquiry so we can confirm travel, access and scheduling for your site.

What services does Citadel offer?

Our core services are 2 lb spray foam insulation and thermal barrier application. We work with property owners, general contractors and project teams to discuss the requirements of each building.

Can you work on potato storages and farm buildings?

Yes. Agricultural work is a core part of Citadel’s services. Shops, barns and potato storages are specifically included. Tell us how the space is used and which areas need insulation.

Materials & installation

What is 2 lb spray foam?

It is a category of medium-density spray foam commonly referred to as closed-cell foam. The exact product, thickness and installation requirements depend on the building and application. We discuss those details as part of the project review.

Do I need a thermal barrier?

That depends on the building use, the foam product and the approved assembly. Citadel provides thermal barrier application where required. The protective-layer requirements for your project must be confirmed before work proceeds.

How should the space be prepared?

Preparation and access depend on the project and product. We confirm site requirements before work, including instructions for occupants and other trades. Ask for the specific re-entry and ventilation instructions for your project.

Are your installers certified?

Yes. Citadel’s installers are Caliber certified. Certification involves specialized training, written and practical assessments, and ongoing compliance. We can discuss the product and application requirements for your project.

Planning & quotes

Do you coordinate with general contractors?

Yes. Clear communication and coordination with general contractors, other trades and project teams are part of our commercial approach. Include your project contact and timing when requesting a quote.

What information do you need for a quote?

Start with your name, contact details, project location and a short description of the building and areas to insulate. Approximate dimensions, timing and photos are helpful when available. You do not need every detail worked out before contacting us.

Can I send photos of my building?

Yes. Photos of the space, framing, access and areas you want insulated can help us understand your inquiry. You can add photos in the quote request form.

How is the price determined?

Pricing is specific to the project. Application area, selected product and thickness, access, preparation and thermal barrier work can affect the scope. Contact us for a project-specific quote.
